4 weeks. 200 hours of yoga training, physically and mentally. 17 people.
Words fail to describe the intensity and the growth of the last four weeks. Tears, belly laughter, fails and success, it was all part of it. Getting to be surrounded by people who cheer you on for you who you are and celebrate your wins like their own is such a gift and I will forever be grateful that I got to experience that.
I overcame many fears making my way here to Thailand to become a yoga teacher and at the same time I followed my deepest wish.
But not only did I leave this place with a certificate that says „certified multi style yoga teacher“, I also get to leave with so much knowledge, passion and friendships for life.
I don’t wanna say it’s always been easy because that just wouldn’t be true. It was challenging and hard, but it’s all worth it to now feel what I feel with memories and wisdom that no one will ever be able to take away from me.
A very special thank you to our teachers @lisamariahardy@willbutnotreally @hannahshoroyoga and Amy. Your energy and wisdom create an amazing safe space and you will forever inspire me. Thank you for pushing me to (and sometimes over) my limits but at the same time always being there with a supporting loving hand at my back. 🧘🏼♀️🤍🫂
